E-Cigarette Rules in Slovenia
Slovenia's Act on Restricting the Use of Tobacco and Related Products (ZOUTPI) covers e-cigarettes, including nicotine-free ones. Using them is banned in enclosed public places and workplaces, and educational facilities may not have smoking rooms. Sales to under-18s are prohibited, as are online and distance sales, and since 24 April 2025 e-liquids may only be tobacco-flavoured (NIJZ). Sensors help you uphold these rules day to day.
