Network and Connectivity

We have found that the vast majority of connectivity issues are due to firewalls doing their job and stopping the VapeGuardian system and sensors from communicating with the network.

As a result our engineers, developers and external web-security experts are put together a list of IP addresses to be whitelisted and Ports to be opened for your firewall.

Please make these changes, reset the sensor (hold down the black button on the sensor for 20 seconds) and try again and wait for the internal light to begin flashing.
