Raids in Staffordshire yielded around 1,400 illicit vape devices.

Following information regarding the sale of unlawful e-cigarettes that were illegally enlarged and sold to under-18-year-olds, trading standards on Monday targeted four stores in and around Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Compared to over 9,500 last year, the county has seized over 8,000 unlawful products so far this year.
As more and more young people develop the habit of vaping, the government is currently considering outlawing disposable vaporizers.
A total of 1,397 illicit vape pens worth over £18,000 that were all single use were found.
Officers stated they had the authority to file charges and that more investigations would be conducted.
Over 560 were taken into custody at one location, and 450 at another.

Vaping has been a developing trend, and we’ve seen that young people are adopting it more and more.
More products are making their way onto the market, especially those that target children and have a lot of vibrant colours. They use a wide variety of flavours.
