According to authorities, five youths who used vapes thought to be contaminated with harmful Class B drugs needed hospital care.

“We are very concerned about the latest spate of young people becoming ill after using vapes believed to have contained illegal drugs across Lancashire,” said the cabinet member for health and wellbeing for Lancashire County Council.
